Theory Of Constrains – introduction

This day was held on the grounds of the University of West Bohemia in the course business information systems, who teaches prof. Ing. Josef Basl, PhD., a lecture entitled “Theory Of Constraints (TOC) – introduction”. Within the prepared program were explained basic principles and mechanisms of TOC as in his article “Standing on the Shoulders of Giants” introduced author of TOC – Eliahu Goldratt in 2008. The lecture was led as a guest Ing. Pavel Duchek, CEO of Blue Projects Agency, Ltd. while Secretary General Technological Initiative Pilsen .
